This service provides education, care, and therapeutic support for young people aged 9-19 with severe and profound communication difficulties related to conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, brain injuries, and degenerative disorders. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high standards of care during daily activities such as personal care, socialising, learning, and therapeutic sessions like hydrotherapy and rebound therapy. Building meaningful relationships to empower children and young adults to thrive and develop. Maintaining a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Supporting the development of learning and social skills whenever possible. About You: No prior experience is required-we're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
