Role Overview

As a Shift Leader, you will support in the running of the store – leading the team, providing excellent customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team during shifts.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of coffee and food quality.
* Support staff training and development.
* Ensure store health and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
* Ideally some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader.
* Positive attitude, good teamwork and customer interaction skills.
