We are looking for a healthcare assistant for one of our complex care packages in Melksham. There are a variety of shift times and lengths available.
We are looking for a kind hearted and hard working individual to support a young adult (female) with a neurological disorder. The client is weelchair bound but has a ceiling track hoist within the home.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
5. Supporting the customer with their personal care needs.
6. Supporting with PEG care.
7. Use of moving and assisting equipment such as ceiling track hoists, electric wheelchairs, through the floor lifts, toto’s etc.
8. Taking the client out for walks and hot chocolate
9. Encouraging creative play and enjoying games, music, and television
Requirements:
10. 1 year complex care experience necessary
11. PEG feeding and Oxygen
12. Must hold a FULL UK driving license
13. Creativity
