You will oversee & guide a team, while also supporting the delivery of high-quality tax advice and projects and regularly collaborate with Partners. Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely compliance and effective communication
* Lead tax advisory projects and contribute to the development of tax planning strategies
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development
* Foster strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for tax-related queries
* Ensure adherence to tax regulations and deadlines, collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs
* Support partners and senior managers with business development initiatives and client pitches
Profile
* CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification - QBE will be considered
* Several years of experience in corporate tax within an accountancy practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and the ability to conduct complex tax research
* Proven experience in managing client relationships and working in a team-oriented environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Due to the dynamic team structure, applications from Mixed or Personal/Private Client dominant Tax specialists will also be considered.
Job Offer
