Pastoral Support Officer – Long-Term Supply

We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to work within the student welfare team of a large secondary school in Enfield.
The Role:
* Support student wellbeing, attendance, and behaviour management
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
* Assist with safeguarding procedures and emotional support plans
* Help implement school-wide behaviour and engagement initiatives
Essential Skills:
* Experience in a pastoral or youth support role
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
* Excellent communication and empathy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
