Sales Coordinator Do you have the communication and organisational skills to support winning bids and drive effective sales processes? The Sales Coordinator will join our Communications & Marketing team, supporting Business Development and Profit & Loss divisions in delivering high-quality, competitive bids. This role has become available to strengthen our growing sales support capability. The team plays a key role in enabling business growth by ensuring consistency, best practice, and efficiency across all sales and bid activities. What youll be doing This role is central to coordinating sales activities and supporting the delivery of successful bids, while also contributing to marketing initiatives across the business. You will work closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams. Manage and maintain data within the CRM system Coordinate and maintain the Business Development and Sales Hub Support the preparation and submission of bids Ensure consistency and best practice across bid structures and proposal templates Provide guidance on sales and bidding processes Act as a super-user for customer portals (e.g. Defence Sourcing Portal) Monitor and distribute live information from customer portals Manage company accounts and user access across external portals Deliver training to employees on portal use and processes Lead marketing support for selected bids and products Develop communication plans for campaigns and strategic bids Coordinate messaging, graphics, and content with internal stakeholders and external agencies Support SharePoint design, configuration, and maintenance What were looking for Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to build effective working relationships across teams Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and SharePoint Experience managing or working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable) Understanding of basic marketing principles Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Why TKMS ATLAS UK?
