A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for an Administration Assistant, the post is fixed term for a period of three years. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will provide high-quality administrative, data and clerical support to the Connect to Work SEQF programme across County Durham. This includes ensuring accurate data handling, monitoring communication channels, supporting referral processes and maintaining project systems such as IYSS and the North East Combined Authority Connect CRM. The role is essential to ensuring smooth operational delivery and timely reporting for the project. WHAT WILL I NEED? You will need 4 GCSEs (Graded 9-4 including English Language or Literature), or NVQ (Intermediate in Business) or NVQ 2 Business (or equivalent). You must have general administrative experience together with use of IT systems, databases and Microsoft Office including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
