Role: Technical Recruiter
Contract: 12 months
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
A big tech client is looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on engineering positions within their services division (cloud, payments, digital platforms, and other innovative technologies).
You’ll play a critical role in attracting, identifying, and recruiting top-tier engineering, AI/ML, and technical talent across multiple R&D organizations. This position requires a deep understanding of technical roles, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to represent our client’s commitment to providing a great candidate experience.
Experience:
* 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience and/or agency experience, ideally in the technology and digital space.
* Preference for candidates who have worked across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the business to identify role requirements and build talent attraction strategies.
* Assess candidate suitability for highly specialized roles.
* Collaborate with hiring managers, interview candidates, and provide candidate insights.
* Interpret data and deliver insights on assigned projects to support hiring decisions.
