Key Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase invoices and credit notes using automated systems
2. Perform supplier statement reconciliations and bank/cash allocations
3. Manage supplier payment runs and account setup
4. Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries
5. Support month-end procedures and purchase order administration
6. Assist with external audits and business improvement initiatives
