Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ashford for a Hard Surface Repair Technician. The technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring a variety of hard surfaces such as wood, laminate, tiles, and UPVC windows. Daily tasks include conducting repairs onsite, troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality service.
Qualifications/Skills
* Skills in Surface Repairs and Equipment Maintenance
* Strong Troubleshooting abilities
* Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle various repair types
* Previous experience in hard surface repair is a plus
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
