You will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers through efficient administrative support, customer engagement, and accurate processing of orders and billing. This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and an organised, detail-oriented approach.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person \nProcess and manage sales orders, including data entry into internal systems.\nPrepare and issue invoices, proforma invoices, and credit notes in accordance with company procedures.\nManage customer account setup and pricing updates\nHandle billing queries and provide timely resolutions to customer concerns.\nTake customer payments (cash and card), ensuring secure and accurate processing.\nMaintain accurate records of transactions and assist in reconciling daily banking.\nMonitor customer cylinder usage and update holdings where required....
