You have the option to buy up to <b>5 additional days</b>.</li><li><b>Maternity and Paternity leave:</b> Maternity leave (6 months full pay, 6 months half pay) and 5 weeks of paternity leave, with 3 weeks flexible to take at any point.</li><li><b>Discounts on various purchases:</b>Enjoy savings on shopping vouchers, cinema tickets, holidays and travel.</li><li><b>Access</b>to MyGymDiscounts and MyActiveDiscounts</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver workshop-based technical training aligned to the annual training plan.</li><li>Support apprentice, dealer and customer training programmes and deliver training at dealer and customer sites when required.</li><li>Design, adapt and continuously improve engaging training materials and resources, including the use of VR and other digital tools.</li><li>Evaluating training effectiveness and deploying follow‑up embedment activities to support on‑the‑job application.</li><li>Supporting the Technical Academy Manager by identifying gaps in the training offer and contributing to improvement plans.</li><li>Ensuring health & safety standards and professional conduct are maintained during training.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A strong technical background with HGV experience.</li><li>Ideally, an HND or HNC engineering qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience.</li><li>Ability to design, adapt and improve training content.</li><li>Confident presentation and training skills, both online and face‑to‑face.</li><li>Experience with workshop IT systems or similar industry tools.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.</li><li>Adaptable mindset with an interest in new technology and ways of working.</li><li><b>CertEd, PGCE or A1 Assessor</b> qualifications.
