Job Title: Business Development Manager Timber Frame
Industry Sector: Timber frame solutions, housebuilders, architects, building contractors, cladding, external facades, structural envelope, building envelope, modern methods of construction, MMC or any off-site construction
Area to be covered: National South East focus
Remuneration: £40,000-£70,000 + £30,000-£50,000 uncapped Commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager Timber Frame Systems will involve:
1. Technical field sales role promoting the design, manufacture and erection of timber frame systems
2. Selling predominantly into regional housebuilders and private developers, but also national housebuilders, architects and building contractors
3. 90%+ of projects are South East orientated
4. Initially 50% new business, 50% account management/ converting exiting projects in project bank
