Property Compliance Manager required for a leading provider of retirement villages. * Perform regular inspections of buildings, including fire safety systems, electrical systems, heating and ventilation systems, and structural components to ensure proper functioning and identify any defects or maintenance needs. * Where required, schedule and specify repairs and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. * Ensure the timely delivery/execution of all regulatory inspections and checks to include Regulation 7 and 10 of the Building Safety Act 2022. * Oversee and ensure the timely execution of all works arising from risk assessments and regulatory checks. * Support the Head of Property and Environment in all Building Safety tasks and act as chair of the Building Safety Working Group and Fire Focus Group as required. Be a permanent member of both groups
