About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised, professional and discreet Executive Assistant to join our Wilmslow-based Team. You’ll act as a central hub of support for the Executive Team, helping manage meetings, strategic communication, and relationships with key stakeholders. You will also play a pivotal role in commissioning activities, governance support and reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative assistance, including diary management, meeting coordination, and prioritising correspondence. Provide support in the delivery of commissioning activities by organising meetings, managing records, and preparing reports and proposals. Liaise with external stakeholders including commissioners, regulators, partners, and investors Organise meetings across group companies and departments, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on actions. To attend and take notes at monthly operational managers' meetings, capturing clear action points and supporting follow-up activity where required. Coordinate departmental reports and documentation for operational managers’ and board meetings, strategic sessions, and other meetings involving the Executive Team. Assist in the preparation of high-quality presentations, briefing materials, support documents and reports for internal and external parties. Conduct research and analysis as directed by the members of the executive team, and to produce reports if required. To support governance processes by maintaining accurate records, filing board documentation, and ensuring compliance with reporting/audit requirements To handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretional and professionalism. Assist with planning and booking travel, accommodation, and itineraries for members of the Executive Team. Support with any other general administrative duties required to ensure the effective running of the executive office. Is this you? Proven experience in a senior administrative, PA, or EA role. Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executives Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Accurate minute taking and action-tracking experience, especially in executive and operational meetings. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Desirable: Knowledge of commissioning process or having worked with commission authorities, regulators or public sector partners. Understanding of health and social care sector and our regulators. Strong judgement and initiative, with the ability to anticipate needs and streamline workflow
