Due to the continued growth of our Client we are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Manager. Our Client is a UK wide Group of Companies. The role of the Accounts Payable Manager will report into the Head of Financial Transactions – you will partner strongly with other Transactions Managers across Accounts Payable and Accounts Recieveable.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE AND AMBITIONS NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER ROLE
* Be able to manage / motivate and inspire a team of Accounts Payable Assistants
* Be responsible for Manager functions which will include – Recruitment / 1 :1 ‘s / Performance Management
* Lead by example to inspire and encourage your Team
* Enjoy communication at all levels – which might include you fighting your corner within the wider business!!
* Have the ambition to drive Continuous Improvements – Innovation and Operational excellence!
* Be a strategic thinker – have the mindset that embraces the future!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER
* Annual Salary of c £37,000 – £40,000
* Annual Salary Review and Performance Related Bonus – which is payable based on Company Profit and Personal Performance
