Role Purpose
Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub and are key to the guest experience. You will be the friendly, smiling face greeting our guests, passionate about great food, drinks (especially craft beer), and high standards of service.
You will be eager to learn and take advantage of development opportunities at B&K while working in a fun and supportive environment.
As a Team Member, you’ll take orders, confidently recommend dishes and drinks (notably our own-brewed B&K beers), serve food and drinks, deliver an excellent guest experience, and assist with setting up and closing down the Brewpub.
