Job Description
Temporary Senior Finance Assistant:
3. Processing high volumes of invoices and reconciling supplier statements
4. Assisting with month-end duties including accruals and prepayments
5. Supporting the preparation of management accounts
6. Bank reconciliations and cashbook maintenance
7. Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
8. Assisting with ad hoc finance projects and reporting
The Successful Applicant
9. Proven experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Temporary Senior Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant)
10. Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems
11. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
12. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
13. Availability to start within the next 3 weeks
