The Role: As Aviation Operations Manager you will oversee and develop a team responsible for managing airline bookings, schedule adjustments, and related financial processes. You will focus on improving workflows through process optimisation and automation, ensuring smooth operations that support both customer satisfaction and business objectives. You will also act as the primary point of contact between the operations team and customer-facing departments, representing the team in any operational incidents when needed.
