We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales & Projects Coordinator to manage inbound enquiries, develop new business opportunities, and oversee projects from first enquiry through to installation.
An interest in design and interiors, combined with a strong eye for detail, is essential due to the bespoke nature of our work. This is a varied, hands-on role offering genuine progression, with the opportunity to move into a management position as the business continues to grow.
The Role
You’ll manage the full sales and project lifecycle, including:

* Proactively developing new opportunities with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations
* Following up quotes and nurturing leads through to conversion
* Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships
Project & Order Management
* Acting as the main point of contact once a sale is secured
* Coordinating with the CAD designer to ensure specifications align with client requirements
* Reviewing drawings, finishes, layouts, and specifications before submission
* Managing drawing approvals with clients

* Managing multiple live projects simultaneously through careful planning and organisation
This role requires excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage bespoke, design-led specifications while keeping projects running smoothly.
About You
You’ll ideally:
* Have experience in sales, project coordination, or a similar role (experience in construction, interiors, glazing, or bespoke manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential)
* Have a genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture, or bespoke products
* Be confident using IT systems and CRM software
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused
* Be proactive, able to problem-solve independently, and take ownership of your work
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Training & Support
Full product, systems, and process training will be provided, with a structured handover and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.
What We Offer
* Flexible working hours (full-time or part-time)
* Office-based initially, with scope for hybrid working once fully trained
* Clear progression opportunities as the business grows
* A supportive, collaborative, and genuinely caring team environment
* ÂŁ30,000 basic with uncapped commission
