Subject to formal establishment variation, a vacancy will arise for a Warrant Officer/Master Aircrew (Any Profession) to serve as Warrant Officer Employer Engagement at RAF High Wycombe on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 05 October 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status and formal establishment). Potential candidates should note that ‘Remote’ working will be available with this position and discussed further at the formal interview stage. The RAF Reserves Employer Engagement Team (EET) are the sS lead for Reserve Employer Engagement, responsible for the provision of strategic direction on activities that develop and sustain mutually beneficial relationships between reservist employers and Defence. Currently regarded by Defence as delivering best in class employer engagement. The EET are dynamic, innovative and committed to delivering effective Employer Engagement for the RAF Reserves. As WO EE, you will work as part of the core team, working at pace at the strategic (national) and operational levels. You will help to look after our 1300 reserve employers currently supporting RAF Reservists. The WO EET is the team delivery manager, providing the enabling capabilities to permit the core and wider support teams to deliver effective employer support, dedicated employer engagement and focused attract activity. The WO is pivotal to this small, fast paced team; directly supporting our network of 13 Air Regional Employer Engagement Officers and indirectly the Unit Employer Support Officers implementing training and upskilling where required and ensuring our teams have the necessary tools and assets to deliver their role. Reporting to COS SO2 RAF Reserve Employer Engagement, t he post is offered on remote working terms ( ideally suiting someone able to work from home with the ability to dock into their local RAF Station or MoD establishment as and when required). Please note the position retains the WO duties associated with this rank, tied to Air HQ, and will require occasional stays at RAF High Wycombe to fulfil these. In support of employer engagement events, the role requires occasional national travel with associated overnight stays and weekend working. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, proactive, and tenacious. You’re able to work both as a supportive team member and as a driven individual with minimal supervision. You’ll be adaptable, quick thinking, decisive, showing strong initiative and self-determination. You’ll promote cross functional team working and collaboration between teams to support delivery of challenging projects. You will need to be proficient at workload management and workforce planning. You possess superb communication skills to enable cross-functional working, able to define the requirement and breakdown complex problems. You have enthusiasm to embrace change and support creation of new processes and assets as necessary. You’re willing to own and push the boundaries of your core responsibilities. You’ll be a proven finisher with tenacity to drive tasks to completion. You’ll be willing to travel and work flexible hours when required and have a full UK vehicle driving license. Specific post responsibilities include : Management, assurance, and co-ordination of the Employer Notification (EN) process including the collation of Annual EN statistics and providing guidance to SLT, RAF Units and Sqn UESOs as required. Overseeing and enhancing our LinkedIn social media page. Creating digital assets (video, digital brochures, and social media posts) to provide enticing engagement materials for use by colleagues and external organisations. Providing administrative and digital media assistance, guidance and EE support to team members, Unit Employer Support Officers and Air Regional Employer Engagement Officers, including maintaining database and monthly statistics. Engage with Defence, Government departments and Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Associations to support the planning, delivery, deconfliction and co-ordination of national and regional engagement activities. Project management, including the planning, co-ordination, and delivery of high profile tS and sS EE national and regional employer engagement events. Management & delivery of RAF EE & Employer Support (ES) policy and processes. Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on EE to Defence, tS organisations & RAF Reserves. Ss representative at National and Regional EE meetings/workshops. Supporting the planning and delivery of industry leading and best practice EE training, briefings, and workshops
