We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Fanhams Hall a part of Exclusive Collection.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
You’ll play a key role in menu development, bringing creativity, passion for flavours, and awareness of current food trends.
Role Responsibility

1. Your role will include:
2. Creating seasonal, flavour-driven menus and inspiring the team with regular product and skills training.
3. Maintaining high standards of food preparation, stock control, and cost management to achieve budgeted GP margins.
4. Upholding Health & Safety compliance, kitchen maintenance, and waste control measures.
5. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, Conference & Banqueting Manager, and events teams to deliver outstanding service.
6. Ensuring operational excellence by managing SOPs, equipment upkeep, and attending F&B meetings.
