This is a full-time, permanent role that can be based at our Regional Support Office in Warwick or undertaken remotely, with travel to campuses as required. Reporting to the Regional Director of Education, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Communications, you will play a key role in building and growing the OneSchool Global brand both internally and externally. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-the-ground regional communications that engage colleagues, support recruitment and marketing priorities, and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. The Regional Communications Manager is a versatile, hands-on communications professional with experience across internal communications, content creation, stakeholder engagement and local PR activity. Working closely with the Global Communications team, you will localise and execute global initiatives, identify positive regional stories, and provide communications support during periods of change. About you Have a strong understanding of organisational priorities and the role that high-quality communications play in delivering them. Be a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing clear, pragmatic communications and change management advice. Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, comfortable creating content as well as shaping direction. Be highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Build strong relationships across functions and regions, influencing positively at all levels. Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, processes and outcomes. Communicate clearly, confidently and with impact across a range of audiences and channels. Lead and oversee regional internal communications, ensuring messages are clear, timely, accurate and engaging. Create and manage content for global and regional channels including website, social media, newsletters, intranet and internal platforms. Provide communications and change management support to regional leaders and project teams. Identify and support positive regional PR opportunities, working with Global Communications and PR partners. Support external marketing activity, including recruitment campaigns and regional initiatives. Collaborate with HR, Education and Operations teams to support engagement and organisational priorities. Ensure all communications meet brand standards and comply with GDPR, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
