Do you have experience supporting students with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)? Are you a Behaviour Mentor ready for a long-term, full-time position in a PRU setting? The Role – Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a PRU based in Brent on a long-term, full-time basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with students who display challenging behaviour and may have been excluded from mainstream school. You’ll be responsible for providing behavioural and emotional support, de-escalating situations, and helping students re-engage with learning. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with disengaged youth or students with SEMH and an enhanced DBS on the update service. The School – Behaviour Mentor This PRU in Brent caters for students aged 11–16 who require alternative provision and behaviour support. The school is dedicated to creating a supportive and structured environment that encourages positive choices and emotional growth.
