Position: Document Controller
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Permanent Role)
Working Hours: 8:00/8.30AM – 5:00 PM
Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Document Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures
* Upload, distribute, and track all documents and drawings via internal document control systems
* Ensure document accuracy and compliance with project standards
* Support project teams with administrative and document control duties
* Liaise with site and office teams to ensure smooth documentation workflows
* Assist in project set-up and close-out processes
Systems Used:
* Autodesk
* Fonn
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a document control or administrative role within the construction industry
* Familiarity with document control systems, particularly Autodesk and/or Fonn, is advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and coordination abilities
