We are recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to lead the food operation at a high-quality corporate dining site in Edinburgh.

The Role

Lead and inspire a small kitchen team
*
Oversee fresh food preparation and daily service (approx. 200–300 covers)
*
Manage food standards, compliance and kitchen operations
*
Control food cost, GP and ordering
*
Build strong client relationships on site
*
Drive menu innovation and food trends
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Chef Manager or Senior Sous/Head Chef in contract catering or B&I
*
Passion for fresh, seasonal food
*
Strong people leadership skills
*
Commercial awareness and cost control experience
*
Organised, hands-on and proactive approach
