Trinity Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Rowley Regis. They are currently seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger & Accounts Administrator to join their finance team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to go permanent. Key Responsibilities: * Match supplier invoices to delivery notes * Process invoices using Lakeview (LM4) software * Enter and receive purchase orders on the system * Distribute invoices for authorisation to relevant departments * File supplier invoices promptly and accurately * Reconcile supplier statements * Book in stock and assist with stock records * Provide ad hoc support to the wider accounts team * Answer and redirect incoming phone calls * General administration duties * Assist with sales administration when needed * Flexibility to support other office tasks as required About You: * Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts administration role * Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications * Well-organised with strong planning skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A proactive, can-do attitude * Ability to resolve queries professionally and effectively * Team player who’s adaptable and happy to support wherever needed Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum (DOE) Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent Hours: Fully flexible, full-time: 8:30AM - 5PM Monday to Thursday 8AM - 1:30PM Friday Holidays: 23 days (FTE) If you're looking for a role where you can make a real difference in a busy finance team — with the added benefit of flexible working — we’d love to hear from you
