We seek a Medical Secretary for the Perinatal Mental Health Team in Walsall, based at Dorothy Pattison Hospital. The role involves providing efficient secretarial support to a Consultant Psychiatrist and team.
Main duties
Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, attending multidisciplinary meetings, updating medical records, booking appointments, and coordinating clinics. Use systems like Microsoft Office, Outlook, RIO, and digital dictation (Bighand). Full training will be provided.

* RSA/OCR Level 3 typing/word processing qualification or experience
* AMSPAR Diploma or equivalent
