We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the care team.
* Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance on best practices in senior care.
* Maintain accurate records of residents' health and progress.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Drive to appointments or activities as required, ensuring safe transportation for residents.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
Experience
* Previous experience in a senior care or similar environment is preferred.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on supervising and mentoring team members.
* Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
* Excellent communication skills to interact positively with residents and their families.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors is essential.
