Skills Required
* MBA degree from a well-reputed university.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in the manned guarding industry.
* Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi languages (Hindi, European languages desirable).
Key Duties
The Business Development Executive role includes:
* Liaising with senior staff (Line managers) to determine services to be sold.
* Discussing client requirements, conducting surveys, and analyzing customer reactions to services, pricing, and delivery.
* Compiling and analyzing sales data, preparing marketing proposals, and conducting market research.
* Producing reports and recommendations on marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
* Staying updated on products, services, and competitors.
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
* Recruiting and training junior staff.
* Providing on-site induction and training of officers.
* Responding to contingencies such as break-ins, blowouts, and fluctuating demands.
