Overview

UK Based | 40 Hours | Permanent

Working Hours: We need someone fully flexible to help support our team and players, including evenings and weekends. Shifts aren’t set in stone and will likely follow a rolling pattern, giving you variety and the chance to keep things interesting.

What you will be doing

* Supporting and inspiring your team across shifts
* Acting as the first point of contact for escalations and complex situations
* Coaching and developing your team to reach their potential
* Collating and analysing performance data to identify trends and drive improvements
* Sharing best practice and helping improve processes across the Safer Gambling and Risk teams
* Conducting quality checks, providing constructive feedback, and championing a culture of quality
* Collaborating with colleagues across CS, Product, Compliance, and other teams
* Representing your team and the business internally and externally when needed


What we are looking for

* Native or near-native Spanish speaker with English at B2 (Intermediate) or above
* Strong knowledge of Safer Gambling or Risk specialisms
* Experience in leading, motivating, and supporting teams
* Passion for player protection and operational excellence
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Organised, proactive, and confident in spotting issues and finding solutions
