We’re recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to join a baby room in a well-established nursery in the BS area.
This is a great opportunity for a confident practitioner ready to step up or an existing Room Leader looking for a supportive setting with strong benefits and progression.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the baby room and supporting day-to-day operations
2. Supervising and guiding staff
3. Ensuring high standards in line with EYFS
4. Managing key children and building strong parent relationships
What we’re looking for:
5. Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
6. Previous room leader or senior experience
7. Strong leadership and organisational skills
