Overview
Head of Account Development role at FourNet. Location: Manchester, hybrid. This position is initially a player-manager role with potential to develop into full-time management and leadership. The role focuses on owning personal sales performance and driving Xsell and upsell into a new base to maximise short to medium term impact of the acquisition. The current FourNet customer base should be aligned with the appropriate sales resource, with clear objectives for Account Managers/Directors and a defined plan for future value delivery.

Responsibilities
* Define and align the FourNet account base to maximise opportunities for Account Development Managers and the account base.
* Achieve a minimum of 90% retention across the account base, quarter on quarter.
* Collaborate with the ADMs, Sales Director and Board (where appropriate) to achieve Xsell and Upsell objectives and targets.
* Develop and execute Account Development strategies, Portfolio Development and Account engagement with the Sales Director.
* Manage vendor relationships to align expectations, motivate engagement and manage forecasts.
* Develop personal account roster and achieve personal incremental and retention targets.
* Support and manage the Account Development team in achieving their targets.
* Ensure effective account planning, reviews and broader business engagement.
* Manage day-to-day activity of the team and ensure compliance with processes and governance, providing MI and sales reporting.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Directors to develop and execute pipeline; work with the Sales Director to drive overall account development strategy and scale.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in Account Development, Cross Sell and Upsell activity, with Sales Management and Leadership experience.
* Proven ability to develop and close incremental pipeline, manage and lead an Account Team, bringing a New business skill set to an Account Base.
* Experience working with all business functions, vendors and nominated Account rosters.
* Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and effective communication.
