As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a 360 warm desk, partnering with global Life Sciences organisations to deliver critical hires.
You will:
* Manage and grow a warm desk with live vacancies and established clients
* Develop new business and long-term client relationships
* Headhunt and engage senior-level talent globally within the Life Sciences market
* Deliver strategic recruitment solutions by deeply understanding client and candidate needs
* Place candidates into highly specialised, niche roles
* Stay ahead of market trends and sector growth
