Head of Project Controls This senior leadership role is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining project baselines across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality within a major rail development programme. The post-holder provides strategic insight on performance, risks, and trends to support decision-making across the organisation and its supply chain. As a Head of Project Controls, you will need to have/be: Proven experience leading project controls on large, complex programmes. Expertise in scheduling, cost, change, and risk management. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and senior-level reporting.
