Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop technical designs and edit architectural drawings to meet quality, timeline, and budget parameters
2. Undertake programming, code research, and building systems research to support project development
3. Evaluate site conditions, perform site surveys, and review project documentation
4. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues
5. Prepare and process permit documentation and coordinate revisions for approval
6. Ensure design solutions align with project context, budget, and aesthetic requirements
Required Skills & Experience
7. Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural project delivery
8. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software
9. Comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies
10. Experience across all phases of the project cycle
11. Knowledge of MEP and structural systems
12. Relevant architectural qualifications; professional registration is an advantage
13. Experience in residential projects is desirable
