Principal accountabilities: Support AP department with standard AP duties invoice processing and associated reconciliations and manage 3-way match process. Provide a first line analysis of data from financial sources to establish integrity, completeness, and compliance with accounting policies. Ensure all month end deadlines are met in relation to source transactional information. Liaise with Finance Analysts and functional contacts to provide a service to coordinate understanding of financial data as represented in the published results. Continue to drive towards improved reporting by introducing efficiencies into relevant processes. Maintain associated SOX controls. Support external audits as required. Participate in the development and continual improvement of all management information systems and preparation for future new systems. Candidates must: SAP knowledge is preferable Have a minimum of 2 years experience in finance month-end activities. Strong IT/Finance System knowledge including Microsoft Office packages.
