About you - Year 1 Teacher - Northampton, Northamptonshire Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable) Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum Ability to plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons Strong classroom management skills A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching
