We are seeking a Water Hygiene Manager to lead the operational delivery of water hygiene tasks on the West Sussex County Council Estate, ensuring compliance with standards, KPIs, and legal requirements. The role involves leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring high standards of water hygiene across the estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead water hygiene operations ensuring compliance and high standards.
* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Support teams and develop contractual processes.
* Conduct reviews and support team meetings.
* Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge of water hygiene management, ACOP L8, and HTM 04/01.
* Qualification in water systems management (City and Guilds).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Full driving license and DBS clearance.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Working Arrangements:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible and remote working options where suitable.
