Ensure all legislative requirements are adhered to. To ensure health, safety and security of staff, customers, premises, and equipment by encouraging and monitoring best practices at all times. Provide support for the safe and efficient operation of the premises. Ensure all customer requirements are met. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working within the facilities / estate management area. Good communication skills. Team player. Good at developing strong work relationships with on-site clients and employees. Good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation. Environmental awareness tool box talk.
