Position overview: We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator / Document Controller to support our Site Services Division for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative and procurement activities, as well as providing support to our engineering and onsite teams. If you are a motivated team player with a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Site Services Divisional Manager and wider team. Manage procurement operations and assist with supplier coordination. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and maintain accurate records. Organise travel, accommodation and sustenance for site and engineering personnel. Manage training schedules, booking courses and maintaining training records. Approve and allocate expense card top-ups for site personnel. Monitor and schedule maintenance for vehicles, plant and equipment. Prepare documentation and deliver notes for client and supplier work. Input timesheets and monthly hours into the job management system. Maintain stock part numbers and manage stock allocations. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Perform general administration duties in line with company procedures and procedures. What We're Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and job management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar administrator or procurement role is desirable. Preferred basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Working Hours: Working hours are flexible and can be negotiated between 30 and 38 hours per week. Relocation Assistance: This role is not eligible for relocation. Remote Type: There is no remote or hybrid working available for this role.
