nHabit is building the first lifestyle‑driven, AI‑powered property platform. Our anchor‑based search lets people find homes by travel time, amenities and real‑world routines—not just post‑codes. We’re launching our London pilot this year and scaling fast across rentals, flat‑shares.

Why We Need You
Early user traction hinges on social reach. We already have brand and product teams; what we need now is a hands‑on digital native who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram to craft content, grow engaged communities and turn followers into nHabit users.
What You’ll Do:
40 % Time
Short‑Form Content Production – Concept, script and shoot TikTok Reels/Stories & IG Reels that showcase nHabit use‑cases (multi‑anchor search, Milo AI chats, neighbourhood vibes). Edit in‑app or with Premiere/CapCut; follow trending audio.
25 % Time
Channel Growth & Community Management – Own posting calendar, engagement loops, comment moderation and influencer replies to drive follower growth and daily engagement.
15 % Time
Paid Social Micro‑Campaigns – Partner with our Growth Lead to launch and A/B‑test paid TikTok Spark Ads and IG promotional Reels. Track CAC, CPM, CPV and ROAS.
10 % Time
Influencer Collabs – Identify London‑centric property/lifestyle creators. Coordinate UGC briefs, gifting and affiliate codes.
10 % Time
Reporting & Insights – Weekly dashboards: follower, reach, watch‑time, share ratio, click‑through to app wait‑list. Recommend optimisations.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience:
* 1–3 years in digital or social marketing (agency or in‑house start‑up).
* Proven track record growing TikTok and Instagram accounts from <10 k to 50 k+ followers.
* Deep platform knowledge: algorithms, trending formats, hooks, music licensing, Spark Ads, IG Collab posts.
* Video editing: native mobile editors, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere.
* Basic design (Canva / Adobe Express) and copywriting skills.
* Data‑driven mindset; comfortable in GA4, TikTok Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
* Excellent written English; strong meme & trend fluency.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
Nice‑to‑Haves:
* PropTech or consumer‑marketplace background.
* Experience launching a new product/app from zero.
* Light motion‑graphics (After Effects) or photography skills.
* Familiarity with SEO/ASO, email journeys, or Snapchat/YT Shorts.
