Marketing Manager
Swinton/Pendlebury - Hybrid (Mon-Wed remote, Thurs-Fri in office)
£50,000 basic salary (DOE) + performance bonus + company benefits
Manchester Staff are currently working with a fast-paced, innovative tech business who are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns, helping to shape the growth and direction of the business. Roles & Responsibilities
As Marketing Manager, you will:
* Develop and lead the company’s lead generation strategy, overseeing the execution of marketing tactics
* Optimise the marketing funnel to increase engagement and conversion
* Deliver account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients (£200k+)
* Use CRM tools to track performance and generate actionable insights
* Plan and deliver networking initiatives, roundtables, and other events
* Manage digital channels, including paid campaigns and SEO
* Support internal marketing initiatives, including podcasts, video content, and office events
* Project manage website launches, updates, and digital campaigns
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing strategy aligns with business objectives
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Minimum 3 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally from entrepreneurial or smaller tech-focused businesses
* Strong experience in lead generation and account-based marketing
* Enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to galvanise and motivate a team
* Experience with CRM tools, paid digital channels, SEO, and content management systems
* Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution
Desirable:
* Experience producing internal/external video or podcast content
* Project management experience for website redesigns or launches
