We are expanding our curriculum and want passionate, industry‑experienced individuals to help achieve our goals and develop the area as a Centre of Excellence.
The successful candidate will deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1‑5 Health & Social Care, motivating students and supporting them to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities
* Develop creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
* Prepare and mark lessons to support effective teaching, setting SMART targets for students.
* Work as part of the curriculum team and collaborate with Curriculum Team Leaders and Curriculum Manager.
Qualifications
* Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award (or willingness to work towards it).
* Hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths (or willing to work towards it).
* Experience working in Nursing or Mental Health is advantageous.
