Service Administrator
Location: Jaguar Land Rover Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic salary plus Customer satisfaction and team performance bonus schemes

What does a Service Administrator do?
This role involves customer-facing work, requiring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for excellent service. Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential; administrative background preferred. Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely department administration
* Contributing to marketing strategies
* Managing time effectively to meet all tasks
* Greeting customers and visitors professionally
* Maintaining professional relationships with customers, colleagues, suppliers, and external contacts
* Remaining professional, calm, and positive
* Assessing personal performance and engaging in development activities
What experience do I need?
* Background in administration preferred
* Experience in a dealership advantageous but not essential
* Educated to A Level equivalent in Business Studies beneficial
