Job Title: Advanced Practitioner - CMHT
Location: Salford
Pay Rate: £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker (Advanced Practitioner) to join a CMHT based in Salford.
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide leadership in social work and social care within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and across the division.
Carry a reduced caseload to allow for staff supervision, professional development support, and safeguarding oversight.
Lead on adult and child safeguarding, overseeing s.42 enquiries, chairing planning meetings, and ensuring a person-centred approach.
Act as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) on a rota basis and contribute to the AMHP Manager rota if suitably experienced.
Support the Team Manager in service delivery, promoting high standards of practice and professional development within the team.Benefits:
