ServiceNow CSM Programme Manager (DV Cleared)

Contract – 10+ months (with potential early onboarding)
We are seeking a DV Cleared Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) transformation programme.
The programme is being delivered by a global IT services and solutions provider for a leading international telecommunications organisation within a secure environment.
You will oversee a multi-disciplinary team including architects, business consultants, and technical specialists delivering a large-scale ServiceNow CSM implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex ServiceNow CSM transformation programme
* Manage programme governance, risk, and delivery milestones
* Coordinate delivery across architecture, development, and business teams
* Manage senior stakeholder relationships across both technology and business functions
* Ensure programme delivery aligns with business outcomes and strategic goals
Required Experience
* Active DV clearance
* Extensive experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow programmes
* Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management in secure or regulated environments
