We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Baildon-based office in BD17.
Specialising in the construction, fit out and M&E sectors, you will manage and grow key client accounts by handling the full recruitment cycle and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment daily duties for construction and blue‑collar roles, from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding.
* Take ownership of your client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Deliver against weekly billing targets and contribute to the growth of the client account.
* Constantly identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Requirements
* Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, trades, or blue‑collar sectors.
* Strong sales and business development skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
* Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
