At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.

What You Will Be Doing
As Scheme Manager, you will:
Lead and support a dedicated team
Oversee the delivery of high-quality support and advice
Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusionWhat We Are Looking For
You will bring:
Understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals
Experience working in homelessness service would be advantageous
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong IT and administrative skills
