Part time Purchasing Executive
(22.5 hours per week) (i.e. 10-3pm / / 5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring departmental emails to provide support, ensuring that all messages are addressed and responded to promptly.
* Managing the Ebbon Dacs Procurement system for vehicle quotations, ensuring the correct model, discounts, and options are applied.
* Placing orders and ensuring accuracy.
* Managing and scheduling deliveries.
* Liaising with the dealer network to understand vehicle lead times and industry challenges.
* Taking ownership and working within guidelines to resolve all supplier & internal queries.
* Collaborate closely with relevant business teams to understand their needs and fulfil specific requirements.
* Respond to notes on Ebbon within set SLAs, ensuring clarity and conciseness in all responses.
* Establish strong relationships with the supplier network.
* Management of anticipated delivery dates and Lease Company orders.
Measures of Success & KPIs:
* Accuracy on all orders placed
* Response times both internally / externally
Person Specification:
Experience:
* Vehicle leasing, fleet management, or automotive industry – Preferred.
* Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
* Ability to adapt quickly to change, self-motivated, and organised.
